Heartwood Partners is pleased to announce that Norlee Group has acquired Ireland Electric Corporation, a well-established electrical contractor based in Augusta, Georgia. The transaction, finalized on May 7, 2026, marks the sixth add-on acquisition under Heartwood’s investment and further strengthens Norlee Group’s market presence and reinforces its ongoing strategy to expand capabilities and services across Georgia and the broader Southeast region.

This partnership allows us to build on that strong foundation while continuing to grow our presence in key markets across the Southeast.”
“This acquisition strengthens Norlee Group’s strategic position in the Southeast electrical services market,” said Demetrios Dounis, Managing Partner, Heartwood Partners. “Ireland Electric’s strong reputation and experienced leadership team complement Norlee’s platform of services.
