Capital Partners, Inc. investment portfolio company Roll-Rite, LLC (“Roll-Rite” www.rollrite.com ) acquired Transportation Equipment, Inc (dba Pulltarps Manufacturing www.pulltarps.com ) located in El Cajon, California on February 28, 2017. This was Roll Rite’s second corporate acquisition in 12 months. Pulltarps Manufacturing’s brand, technically-advanced product line and geographic reach bolster’s Roll-Rites’ position as America’s premier provider of advanced tarping systems.
Roll-Rite was attracted to Pulltarps Manufacturing’s culture of driving innovative thinking and creativity, and its knowledgeable and dedicated workforce. Pulltarps’ product line features automatic cable systems for dump trailers and straight trucks, semi-automatic systems for light and medium duty dump, municipal, and landscape trucks, and automatic arm systems for heavy duty dump bodies and dump trailers.

Roll-Rite will maintain its manufacturing and corporate headquarters in Gladwin, MI and a service and installation center in Torrington, CT.
